Lead the
gig economy.
Shape its future.
गिग इकॉनमी का नेतृत्व करें। भविष्य बनाएं।
Tier 4 roles coordinate, protect, and grow the gig support ecosystem. Often full-time or long-term contract. Community managers, trust & safety analysts, supply growth leads, compliance auditors, and field operations coordinators — the people who make everything else run.
The leadership layer that
keeps the gig economy running.
These roles coordinate, protect, and grow the entire support army. Many can be performed by experienced gig workers themselves — creating an internal leadership pipeline without full-time corporate hires.
Gig Worker Community Manager
Worker OperationsBuild and maintain a thriving community of gig workers for a platform or for Limo Jobs itself. Run engagement programmes, WhatsApp groups, in-person meetups, and recognition schemes. Monitor sentiment, reduce churn, and escalate systemic issues to platform leadership. Experience in community management or gig worker welfare essential.
Partner Support Executive
Worker OperationsHandle escalations from gig workers — earnings disputes, equipment issues, app problems, and blocked accounts. Own resolution end-to-end. Act as the human face of the platform for workers who need real help. Empathy and problem-solving are more important than technical knowledge. Remote-friendly.
Supply Growth Lead
Worker OperationsOwn worker acquisition targets for a city or corridor. Run field recruitment events, manage referral programme activation, partner with district employment offices and panchayats, and report weekly supply metrics. High-energy, results-driven role. Prior gig ops or field sales experience essential.
Trust & Safety Analyst
Trust & SafetyInvestigate incidents reported by workers and customers — fraudulent accounts, identity theft, safety violations, and payment manipulation. Produce structured investigation reports, recommend enforcement actions, and contribute to policy development. Remote-friendly. Analytical mindset and attention to detail essential.
Platform Quality Coach / Trainer
Trust & SafetyDesign and deliver training programmes for new gig workers — on-ground orientation cohorts, digital WhatsApp training content, and video module production. Also coach existing workers whose performance metrics have dropped. Requires both content creation and facilitation skills. Remote or on-ground.
Compliance Auditor
Trust & SafetyConduct scheduled and surprise audits of dark stores, ghost kitchens, EV hubs, and charging stations against platform safety and regulatory standards. Produce audit reports, track corrective actions, and liaise with operations managers. Partly remote (report writing) + field visits. Regulatory or FSSAI compliance background helpful.
Field Operations Coordinator
Field & Launch OpsOwn the physical setup and operationalisation of new dark stores, EV hubs, and charging stations. This includes floor layout design, process documentation, equipment installation coordination, and first-week operations oversight. High-energy launch role requiring strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Charging Hub Supervisor
Field & Launch OpsManage daily operations across multiple battery swap and EV charging stations in a city zone — scheduling battery swappers, monitoring charge levels, coordinating maintenance callouts, and reporting uptime metrics to the fleet manager. Requires prior EV or logistics operations experience.
On-Demand Trainer (Per-Diem Coach)
Field & Launch OpsDeploy to dark stores and logistics hubs to deliver intensive 1–3 day orientation sessions for new picker cohorts. Bring your own training materials or use Limo Jobs templates. Teach app usage, safety protocols, picking speed techniques, and quality standards. Per-diem pay — high demand during platform expansion periods.
Gig-to-Gig Shift Manager
Field & Launch OpsA gig-based shift management role — you yourself are a gig worker managing gig workers. Oversee a group of 20–50 workers across a dark store or hub on a shift-by-shift basis. Handle attendance, task allocation, escalations, and end-of-shift reporting. The highest-autonomy supervisory role in the Limo Jobs ecosystem.

Workers who became
the leaders.
"I was a Swiggy picker for a year. Limo Jobs made me a Shift Supervisor (Tier 2). Six months later they offered me the Community Manager role for 800 workers in Bangalore. I speak Kannada, Hindi, and Odia. That is worth everything in this job."
"I never imagined I would have a job investigating fraud for a technology company. Limo Jobs saw that I was detail-oriented and offered me the Trust & Safety Analyst role. Fully remote. I work from home in Patna earning ₹58,000 a month."
"I set up dark stores. Three cities in four months. Limo Jobs sends me in when a platform is launching a new hub — I design the floor layout, train the first cohort, and hand it over. Per-launch fees plus monthly retainer. Best job I have ever had."
