- Health data: Only if you voluntarily use our wellness services — mental health consultation summaries (never shared without explicit consent)
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device data: Device type, operating system, browser type, IP address
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, click patterns
- Location data: Approximate city-level location (for job matching); precise GPS only if you explicitly enable it for Shift Intelligence
- Communication data: Recordings of calls with our AI mentor and Language Captains (with your consent, for quality improvement)
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- KYC verification results from UIDAI (Aadhaar), DigiLocker, and Sarathi (DL verification)
- Background check results from our verified screening partners
- Platform performance data from Uber, Zomato, Blinkit etc. (only with your authorisation)

4. Who We Share Your Data With
4.1 Gig Platforms (with your explicit consent)
When you are matched with a job, we share only the data required for that platform's onboarding — typically your name, contact number, Aadhaar-verified identity confirmation, and DL/vehicle details. We share only after you provide explicit consent to each specific platform.
4.2 Government Authorities
We share data with government agencies as required by law — including UIDAI for Aadhaar verification, the Ministry of Labour for e-Shram registration, and EPFO/ESIC as applicable. We also comply with lawful orders from courts and law enforcement.
4.3 Insurance Partners
We share necessary identity and contact data with our insurance partners solely for the purpose of enrolling you in group accident and health coverage.
4.4 Technology Service Providers
We use third-party providers for cloud storage (AWS/Azure, India region), SMS and WhatsApp communications, KYC verification APIs, and payment processing. All providers are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any other purpose.

5. Data Storage & Security
All personal data is stored on servers located within India, in compliance with applicable data localisation requirements.
We retain your data for the following periods:
- Active account data: For the duration of your relationship with Limo Jobs, plus 3 years
- KYC documents: 5 years from the date of last transaction (as required by applicable law)
- Financial records: 7 years (as required under Income Tax Act and company law)
- Call recordings: 90 days, unless you consent to longer retention for training purposes
- Usage analytics: 24 months in identifiable form; thereafter anonymised indefinitely
We protect your data using AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, regular penetration testing, and ISO 27001-aligned security practices.
6. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable laws, you have the following rights:
