Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Limo Jobs platform (the "Platform"), including our website at www.limojobs.in, our mobile application, our WhatsApp service, or our telephone helpline, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Limo Jobs provides a technology platform that connects gig workers (job seekers) with gig economy platforms and employers. Our services include:

• Job matching and placement facilitation for delivery, driving, and logistics roles
• AI-powered multilingual mentorship and career guidance
• KYC verification facilitation and e-Shram registration assistance
• Pre-employment training content and platform onboarding support
• Housing, insurance, and wellness support services
• Shift Intelligence earnings optimisation tools
• Limo Money financial services (subject to separate terms)

Important: Limo Jobs is a facilitator and technology platform. We are not an employment agency, a labour contractor, or an employer. We do not guarantee job placement or specific earnings. The gig platforms (Uber, Zomato, Blinkit, etc.) are independent third parties who make their own hiring decisions.

3. Eligibility

To use the Limo Jobs Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a citizen or resident of India with a valid Aadhaar card
• Have the legal right to work in India
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not be barred from using our services under any applicable law

For employer accounts, your organisation must be a legally registered entity in India.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@limojobs.in if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your profile updated. Providing false information, including false documents, is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

One individual or entity may maintain only one active account on the Platform.

5. Job Seeker Terms

5.1 Free Service

The Limo Jobs platform is completely free for job seekers. We will never charge you — directly or indirectly — for job placement, training, account creation, or any other service provided to job seekers. Any person claiming to be from Limo Jobs and asking for payment is acting fraudulently. Report them immediately to 1800-XXX-XXXX.

5.2 Your Responsibilities

• Provide genuine documents for KYC verification. Submission of forged documents is a criminal offence.
• Complete any training that is required for the role you are being placed in
• Honour commitments made to platforms during the placement process
• Inform Limo Jobs if you accept employment through a different source while in our pipeline

5.3 Placement Guarantee

While we endeavour to place every registered worker within 48 hours, this is a target — not a contractual guarantee. Placement depends on document verification, available roles, and platform approvals.

6. Employer / Platform Terms

6.1 Fees

Employer fees are governed by your separately executed Service Agreement with Limo Jobs. These Terms apply in addition to that agreement.

6.2 Your Responsibilities

• Use worker data shared by Limo Jobs only for the purpose of onboarding and managing that specific worker
• Comply with all applicable labour laws, including the Platform Workers Bill 2024 and Social Security Code 2020
• Not discriminate against workers on the basis of caste, religion, gender, region, or language
• Honour your obligations to workers, including timely payment of earnings
• Notify Limo Jobs within 48 hours if a placed worker does not meet the stated requirements

6.3 Replacement Guarantee

Replacement guarantees are as specified in your Service Agreement. Standard terms provide a 30-day replacement for workers who leave or are found unsuitable within the guarantee period.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to circumvent our platform to directly poach workers or employers you discovered through us
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against any worker, employer, or Limo Jobs staff
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our technology, AI systems, or proprietary training content
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from our platform
• Interfere with the security or integrity of our systems

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, civil liability, and/or criminal referral.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Limo Jobs Platform — including but not limited to our software, AI models, training content, multilingual voice systems, Shift Intelligence algorithms, brand assets, and written content — is owned by or licensed to Limo Jobs Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Limo Jobs is not liable for any earnings, income, or employment outcomes — we facilitate connections, not employment
• Limo Jobs is not liable for the conduct of third-party gig platforms, employers, landlords, or insurance providers
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Limo Jobs in the 3 months preceding the claim (for job seekers: ₹0)
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Dispute Resolution

We hope to resolve any dispute informally first. Please contact us at grievance@limojobs.in and we will try to resolve your concern within 30 days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, seated in Mumbai.

For consumer disputes (job seekers), you also have the right to approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@limojobs.in. We will process your request within 7 business days.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, provide fraudulent documents, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data as required by law — see our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
